Starting his part time Real Estate career in 1973 as an Agent, he continued his passion and became a Real Estate Broker.in 1989 Jim started RE/MAX 2000 Realtors in Rockville, and soon expanded to Bethesda and Silver Spring, Maryland. Jim continued to educate himself by obtaining an Appraisers license in Maryland and Brokers licenses in DC and Virginia.. Through the years Jim has grown these offices and a team of real estate agents that continue to help people buy and sale their homes. If you are looking for one thing that is consistent in Real Estate, that would most definitely be Jim Thomas.
