Janie Booth is thrilled to celebrate her 20 years in the Real Estate Industry by joining AARE.  Her desire to make a difference while making a living is what excites and motivates her every day.

Bringing her personal touch and attention to detail to every real estate sale has made her a San Diego Magazine’s “Five Star Agent” award recipient for nine years. It has also kept her in the Top 10 with AARE and the Top 6% of her previous international brokerage.

Janie has earned designations as both a Certified Negotiation Specialist and a Corporate Relocation Specialist. Her studies, together with vast experience, have made her an expert in negotiating, selling homes, and making her clients’ dreams come true.

One of her clients said that the reason most of her business comes from past clients and their personal referrals is that working with Janie is simply the best. She treats each and every client like family, and her goal is to do the right thing for the right reason every day.

On a personal note, Janie’s father was a Navy Officer and her mother was a Marine during WWII. She is happily married to the love of her life, Rob Booth, and is proud of their three adult children and their amazing spouses. Naturally, she absolutely adores and takes great satisfaction in spoiling her grandchildren, who affectionately call her Mimi.

The guiding force in Janie’s life is her faith in and love for Jesus Christ. She has a heart for children’s charities and is a strong supporter of our local military families. Janie feels a strong desire to “give back” which she demonstrates by financially supporting her favorite charities, including Wounded Warrior Home and AARE’s Eye of a Needle Foundation.
