Hilda has over sixteen years experience as an active real estate agent; however her real estate career began much sooner. Hilda began her long real estate career with a student work permit. Hilda has years of experience and knowledge in real estate, escrow, and property management giving her expertise in policies and strategies. Hilda is an active member of the community and serves as the secretary for the Pasadena Foothills Association of Realtors Charitable Foundation and dedicates time and energy to several other local philanthropic organizations. Devon’s Real estate career began in the mid 1990s working as a construction manager overseeing multiple new construction and remodeling projects. In 1997, Devon was asked to create a marketing strategy and assist in the sale of a multi unit Townhome project, which led him to get his real estate license. Over the past eleven years in real estate, Devon has learned that being a good listener combined with his experience and attention to detail make for a positive stress-free experience for his clients.
