Naturopathy- We plant and gather the harvest that’s in our gardens, we have learned how to eat edible flowers and roots from Mother Earth’s soil. The flowers and roots are dried and powdered for herbal medicine. Herbs help the body to clean and heal itself from toxins. Using proper nutrition, vitamins, clean air (purifiers), water (filters) is very important to our health. These are not chemically prescribed drugs so they have no side effects.

Naturopaths treat the whole person. Naturopaths use God’s help to heal they are more concerned about healing. Naturopaths give back as much of the quality of life, that you have remaining without the use of harmful additives or drugs. God designed and created our bodies, it’s our responsibility to take care of our own bodies. That doesn’t mean we have to be skinny to be healthy
