I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I specialize in Neurofeedback and EMDR for PTSD and TRAUMA issues, and recovery from Addictions, Codependency, GRIEF Recovery, Depression and ANXIETY, women’s empowerment, and Adoption and Family Attachment Issues. I work with individuals, couples, youth and children. I am an ordained Episcopal Pastor.

History

Established in 1991.

I practiced in San Jose from 1991 to 2006. I moved to Paradise in 2006.  I now work in Chico after the Paradise fire.

Business Owner

I am the owner and manager of my counseling practice.  I was the 2nd of seven children growing up and had a “helping role” both at home and with my friends.  I love people and feel a passion about helping others grow into wholeness and emotional health.  Giving and receiving love is the essence of what brings joy and life into our lives!  I enjoy teaching people how to recover from codependency, addiction, trauma, rigid upbringings at home or at church.
